Our story
Built by a family who missed a place like this.
Our son fell in love with trains and tracks when we lived in England, where a small track club gave him room to build with other kids. When we moved back to the United States, we could not find anything like it, so we are creating it.
Acey Tracks is a place where children explore toys, share ideas, and practice the small skills that matter: fine motor control, patience, taking turns, and starting a conversation. Parents can stay close, read a book, or catch up on work while their child plays in a safe room.

Meet Acey
Acey is our friendly builder with a face full of colour and a smile that never quits. Part digger, part dreamer, all curiosity. Acey is the character kids follow through the play zones, the badge on our merch, and the friend who turns up in person for special days.

The space is designed for children ages 2 to 10. Older siblings are welcome, and younger babies can join a grown up in the lounge at no charge.
Yes. A parent or carer stays for the whole session. You can play alongside your child or settle into the lounge while they explore.
Standard sessions run one hour. Two hour sessions are available for children who like to build something big.
Socks for everyone and a water bottle. We supply the toys, the tracks, and the clean up.
Choose a session pass in the booking section, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. We then confirm your time slot by email.
Booking online holds your spot, which matters because we keep group sizes small. Walk in spaces are offered only when a session is not full.
Email us at least twenty four hours before your session and we will move your credit to another time at no extra cost.
No. Credits from the ten session pack stay on your account and can be shared between siblings.
Private use of the play zones for your group, set up and clean up, a host to run the room, and a visit from Acey if you would like one.
Party packages are built around groups of ten to twenty children. Tell us your headcount and we will size the room and the staffing.
Yes. You are welcome to bring cake, snacks, and drinks. We provide the tables, the space, and the cleaning afterwards.
Weekend slots fill fastest, so three to four weeks ahead is a safe window. Send an enquiry and we will confirm availability.

Most orders ship within two to four business days. You can also collect your order on your next visit.
Unopened items can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Email us and we will set it up.
